Items will be shipped in a single box mostly or multiple boxes for any specific type of order (you can see this in order tracking after shipment).

When will my order be delivered?

We usually deliver within 5-9 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on your location. The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at OnlineVanigam.com. If you are placing your order through our call centre, the order taker will mention the shipping charges. If it’s via web, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by our customer care executive or on website.

Is it possible for me to choose my delivery date?

We know you desperately want your product but unfortunately you cannot choose your expected delivery date.

Can there be Delivery Issues?

Despite our best efforts and those of our courier partners, certain issues can arise before your parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you a quality service, Online Vanigam promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

Where all do we deliver?

We delivers to 12,000 locations pan-India. However, at present we do not deliver to any overseas locations. To offer you a fast and reliable delivery service, onlinevanigam.com dispatches all parcels using reputed & experienced courier services.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

Some additional guidelines:

Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may call us or write an e-mail to onlinevanigam@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number.
